6n666 Terms & Conditions

All financial transactions on 6n666 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned less any applicable processing fees.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. 6n666 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within ten minutes during normal operating hours.
• 6n666 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Deposits credited to your account in error must be reported to support immediately. 6n666 reserves the right to reverse any erroneous credit at any time.

6n666 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end; however, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction fees as per their standard terms. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction within the platform.

6n666 may offer bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover amount and eligible games are stated on each promotion page.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts will result in voiding of all bonuses and may result in account suspension.
• 6n666 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed an offer will be given reasonable notice of material changes.
• Bonus funds and free spins have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. Bonuses are credited in bonus balance form and are subject to wagering before conversion to withdrawable cash balance.

6n666 may at its discretion remove bonus funds from an account where it reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms with low risk, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or coordinated bonus claiming with other users. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, 6n666 reserves the right to void all bonuses in the affected account and to withhold any winnings derived from those bonuses.

To protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on 6n666:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or participate in any game or promotion.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match or event offered on the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. 6n666 cooperates fully with lawful requests from relevant authorities.
• Harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at other players or 6n666 staff through any channel associated with the platform.

Where 6n666 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may take any combination of the following actions: issue a warning; void bets or winnings associated with the prohibited conduct; suspend or permanently close the account; withhold and forfeit any balance in the account; and report the conduct to relevant authorities where legally required. All decisions made by 6n666 in respect of prohibited conduct are final.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6n666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity or any technical interruption or failure of the platform. 6n666 makes no warranty that the platform will be available, error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 6n666's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all cases where 6n666's liability is found to exist, the total aggregate liability of 6n666 to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 6n666 account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the claim.

6n666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 6n666 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on the 6n666 platform. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change and withdraw any available balance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which 6n666 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 6n666's internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are encouraged to contact 6n666 support via the platform email to seek an informal resolution. 6n666 aims to respond to all formal complaints within five business days and to resolve them within thirty calendar days wherever possible. Players retain any statutory rights they may have under the laws of their jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded.
